Reflecting on the grand opening of SNAP ​Atelier & Café, fills us with immense pride and ​gratitude. That special day marked the ​beginning of a journey where creativity and ​community converge. We welcomed our guests ​with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the ​warm smiles of our young adults with special ​needs. The event was a vibrant celebration of ​inclusion and artistry. We continue to cherish ​the memories from that day and look forward ​to many more sweet memories.

As part of our project, we ​have produced a series of ​short video CVs featuring ​individuals with special needs ​trained through our program. ​These videos offer a unique ​and engaging way for ​employers to get to know ​each candidate, highlighting ​their strengths, skills, and ​personalities. By showcasing ​these videos, we aim to bridge ​the gap between talent and ​opportunity, while promoting ​a diverse and inclusive ​workforce ready to make an ​impact.

Danieli, a 21-year-old with Down Syndrome, who works as a waiter ​and shares his positive experience on the job. He talks about how ​much he enjoys his work, the support he receives from his family, and ​his dedication to performing his tasks. His story highlights inclusivity ​in the workplace and the value of meaningful employment for ​individuals with disabilities.

Selma, a young woman with special needs who was employed ​through the SNAP program, invites young people and encourage ​them to participate in a specialized training program.

Highlighting opportunities for growth, personal development, and ​learning through this initiative, this video emphasize the importance ​of engaging in such training to acquire new skills, improve career ​prospects, or contribute positively to their communities.

We hosted a special football activity in collaboration ​with the Albanian Football Association, bringing ​together our youth with special needs. This event aimed ​to promote teamwork, physical activity, and inclusion ​through the joy of sports. It was an unforgettable day ​filled with energy, smiles, and shared goals, as we ​continue to break barriers and foster a sense of ​community through sports. This summer, we had the joy of hosting a vibrant summer camp for kids, and it was a blast! From playful games and creative arts and crafts to new ​friendships, our camp was packed with fun and laughter. We believe in the power of play and creativity to spark joy and foster growth, and this ​summer, we saw it all come to life. We celebrated a milestone event with the launch of our ​comprehensive 'Udhëzues Punësimi Për Personat Me Nevoja Të ​Posaçme'. This guide is designed to empower businesses and ​organizations with practical insights and strategies for creating ​inclusive workplaces. The event brought together community ​leaders, employers, and advocates to discuss and share best ​practices for integrating individuals with special needs into the ​workforce. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with the ​manual, hear from experts, and explore actionable steps for ​fostering a more inclusive work environment. This publication ​marks a significant step forward in promoting employment ​opportunities and championing the value of diversity in the ​workplace.
